- Represent the employer during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available, providing technical support, and performing device programming and testing
- Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on product features and benefits
- Provide clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and therapies, coordinating teaching sessions and seminars
- Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve business goals and document quarterly activities
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to function using healthcare universal precautions to minimize exposure to infectious diseases
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear a protective lead apron for extended periods during surgical procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
- Experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical company, particularly in neurology or pain management
- Understanding of basic reimbursement and healthcare environments
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
