Associate Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions - Idaho Falls

• Represent the employer during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available, providing technical support, and performing device programming and testing
• Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on product features and benefits
• Provide clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and therapies, coordinating teaching sessions and seminars
• Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve business goals and document quarterly activities

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree
• Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to function using healthcare universal precautions to minimize exposure to infectious diseases
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear a protective lead apron for extended periods during surgical procedures

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
• Experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical company, particularly in neurology or pain management
• Understanding of basic reimbursement and healthcare environments
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
