Respiratory Therapist: Ventilator Care & Clinical Educator

Full Shift Staffing in Idaho Falls is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to independently perform respiratory care procedures, interpret orders, assess resident needs, deliver prescribed therapy and evaluate resident responses. The role requires CRT/RRT licensure, BLS, and strong communication with residents, families and staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Ventilator unit experience is required; LTC/SNF background preferred.
