Smith+Naphew seeks a Fellows' Manager to build relationships with sports medicine, adult reconstruction and trauma fellows across the Western Region, serving as the go-to expert for the fellows program.

You will collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams to tailor educational programs, drive attendance at events, and support the Transition to Practice. Travel up to 50% is required. Hybrid work is supported for most professional roles.
