Role Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
