Provide services and support as a Human Resources Assistant [Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS)] in the Federal Energy & Nuclear Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOEID) | DOE Idaho Operations Office Generally Located In United States (Idaho) and across the United States – Mountain West Region Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).
Leads complex HR functions, advises management on workforce strategy, policy interpretation, and compliance. Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) deliver integrated administrative, analytical, and operational support enabling efficient, compliant, mission-focused organizational performance. Assistant-level HR support aligns to entry administrative specialist. Strategic HR leadership supporting DOE mission delivery
Responsibilities and Duties – Human Resources Assistant | Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) [DOEID0014013]
Provides administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include coordinating new hire orientation/onboarding logistics, issuing reports, maintaining HR division webpages, managing HR-related tickler reports (e.g., WGI, career ladder promotions), administering recognition programs, and assisting with data entry and record-keeping in HR systems. May assist with the drug testing program and professional credential reimbursements. Advise leadership, manage complex HR programs, ensure compliance.
