** Position Summary
** Pennant is seeking a
** Data Products & Analytics Manager
** to lead our enterprise
** data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data product strategy
** initiatives. This role will oversee the development and governance of dashboards, self-service analytics, AI-powered reporting solutions, and business intelligence platforms such as
** Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI**.  The ideal candidate has experience leading analytics teams, building data strategies, and turning complex healthcare data into actionable business insights.  
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead enterprise data analytics and business intelligence strategy.
* Manage analytics products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered analytics tools.
* Own and administer BI platforms including Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.
* Establish analytics governance, KPI standards, and data visualization best practices.
* Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
* Oversee a team of Business Intelligence and Data Analysts.
* Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.  
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in
** data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data product management**.
* 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
* Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
* Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics best practices.
* Healthcare industry experience preferred.
