We are looking for a reliable, solutions-driven Project Manager who can keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Job SummaryWe’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple remodeling projects, manage crews and subcontractors, control budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage both field operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee residential and commercial remodeling projects from planning to completion
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews
- Conduct regular job site visits and ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Handle client communication, updates, and expectations
- Process change orders, material orders, and project paperwork
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to code
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally as they arise
- 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or remodeling
- Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial building processes
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency (project management software, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with tenant improvements (TIs) and commercial buildouts
- Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes
- Bilingual (optional to include)
