General Manager – Idaho Falls,

The General Manager leads and partners with the operations leadership team and brand support team to drive performance in sales, execution, reporting, analysis, training, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the overall management of all facets of the operation.
• Teach, coach, lead, and motivate the team while managing day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
• Own financial reporting, evaluation, and analysis.
• Serve as an ambassador and steward for high‑end guest experiences in an approachable environment.
• Oversee sourcing, training, and scheduling to achieve impact and results.
• Demonstrate high‑level hospitality to guests and team members in actions, tone, and demeanor.
• Deliver quality financial results by proactively driving sales and managing financials to the bottom line.

• Dedicated leader focused on performance while mentoring and coaching the team.
• 3+ years of GM experience in a high‑volume restaurant with background in P&L management, labor cost control, and multi‑revenue centers.
• Champion of the culture and brand standards, comfortable with corporate initiatives.
• Role model who leads by example when leveraging systems, adhering to concept differentiators, and delivering on the promise of perfect execution.
• Problem‑solving, can‑do attitude with a fun‑loving spirit.

Compensation: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
