Battelle Energy Alliance seeks a Nuclear Facility Manager to lead safety-conscious operations at INL's Materials and Fuels Complex. You will oversee licensed reactor operators and engineers, drive continuous improvements, and manage budgets and staffing to meet safety and mission goals.
The role requires a Senior Reactor Operator license or Navy equivalent, 7+ years in nuclear facility ops, and the ability to obtain a DOE L clearance. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.
