Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse (Operating Room RN) to join our team.

The Operating Room RN is responsible for the delivery and documentation of patient care during the intra‑operative period. The RN will assess the patient’s needs, physiological and emotional, and plan nursing care accordingly. The nursing role during this phase focuses on providing quality patient care through familiarity with and adherence to policies and procedures, and standards of practice for perioperative nursing.

The RN will monitor compliance with established standards and procedures for surgical scrubs, facilitate and demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors at all times.

Education/Certification: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho required. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required. CNOR certification preferred.
