Your Role and Responsibilities
As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Ensure patients attain or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN license in good standing.
- One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, with a commitment to keeping it current.
