Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleShift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; three 12-hour shifts a week with every other weekend required.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Manage patient care in a 29-bed general ICU setting.
- Utilize advanced skills such as vent management, ABG interpretation, and vasoactive drip titration.
- Perform procedures including intubations, central line placements, bronchoscopy, bedside trach, and PEG tube placements.
- Monitor hemodynamics using advanced monitoring equipment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Active RN License.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required; TNCC, NIH, ABLS certifications are a plus.
- Advanced critical care nursing skills and experience in a similar unit.
