Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Engage in team activities as per team standards
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening to client needs, and providing solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. You handle objections effectively and are a strong communicator committed to service.

  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience
