Responsibilities- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Continuously track the Idaho Falls real estate market to stay up‑to‑date with property values, market trends, and new listings.
- Build and nurture strong connections with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to support efficient transactions.
- Draft, review, and clarify offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring all documents meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Organize and manage property showings, open houses, and client consultations to effectively present listings.
- Skillfully negotiate sales contracts to secure the best possible results for clients.
- Utilize PLACE’s advanced tools and technology to streamline client communication, document management, and transaction tracking.
- Leverage PLACE’s CRM and marketing platforms to generate leads, manage client relationships, and promote listings effectively.
- Engage in PLACE training programs and stay updated on industry trends, licensing requirements, and continuing education to maintain professional growth.
- Possess a current and valid real estate license for the state of Idaho.
- In-depth understanding of local market trends and property values in Idaho Falls and nearby regions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster and sustain client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
- Skilled in using real estate software platforms and MLS databases.
- Highly self‑driven with excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Committed to maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical standards.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and accommodate client needs.
- Completion of PLACE (Professional License and Continuing Education) trainings is required.
