• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Assist sales agents by showing homes to their clients
• Give clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search
• Help write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and clients
• Spend at least 10 hours a week on lead generation
• Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
• Take part in team activities as expected
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
