Overview
As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

Responsibilities- Provide friendly, attentive service, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
- Maintain a positive guest experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Operate as the guest’s first and last impression of the brand in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Effective communication with others.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, reach, and transport items as needed.
- Ability to wear protective gear and to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies; ability to wear masks when required.
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours.
- Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively; ability to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
