Host, Restaurant​/Food Service, Server​/Wait Staff

Flynn Group is the largest Applebee’s franchisee in the world. We’re looking for an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant who will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. As a Host/Server Assistant you will assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Must be committed to making an impact.
• Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Must transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks through entire shift.
• Must be able to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Must be able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift.
