COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE:

Job Description: By working at Cosmoprof, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides the necessary knowledge and training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

Your Role at Cosmoprof:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work schedules are flexible to suit everyone's needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

Physical and Working Conditions: The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and irritant chemicals may occur.
