Front Desk Associate

Position Overview

The front desk associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym, providing control of the front‑door location. The role includes assisting members with requests, handling inquiries about gym operations and policies, performing various administrative duties, making smoothies, ringing up retail and supplement sales, and answering telephones.
