Canvass Supervisor – 100k+ | Da Bella

As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll shape our canvassing strategy, empower a team to reach their potential, and help us revolutionize the home improvement industry. Compensation: Base pay $22.50 hourly + uncapped bonus opportunities.

  • Average Canvass Supervisors earn an additional $1,500
    $3,000 monthly in bonus.
  • Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dynamic Leadership:
    Motivate a team of canvassers and inspire them to exceed goals and achieve new heights.
  • Recruitment:
    Find top talent, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and provide the tools needed to succeed.
  • Mentorship:
    Offer ongoing feedback and support to constantly improve team performance.
  • Build Rapport:
    Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needs.
  • Deliver Compelling Pitches:
    Confidently communicate the benefits and features of DaBella’s products.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.
  • Hit the Pavement:
    Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
  • Field Navigation:
    Safely operate a company-provided van and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
