Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers to understand their needs and promote products on behalf of our clients. - Team Leadership:

Support daily operations at assigned retail locations, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, working with senior management to develop strategies to exceed sales goals. - Training & Development:
Participate in leadership development programs and receive continuous mentorship to improve managerial skills. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers and staff to ensure alignment with client goals and smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience or a strong passion for leadership and sales is also considered.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through previous work, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally in a sales and marketing career.
- Sales or Retail Experience (preferred but not required)
- Availability toworkweekends and some evenings as required by retail operations.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and adapting to change in a dynamicworkenvironment.
