Sales Representative

Role Responsibilities- Process warm leads—no cold calling or door knocking; close sales only.
- Uncover customer needs and present same‑day home‑improvement solutions.
- Own your income with uncapped bonus opportunities.
- Advance quickly via our Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs.
- Receive ongoing mentorship from leadership.
- Earn $1,750 during the training period.
- Expected first‑year earnings: $70,000‑$90,000.
- Top performers earn $150k+ annually.
