Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who demonstrates a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role will encompass selling and cultivating a strong clientele base, reflecting our principle of leading by example. Initially, you will master and execute our B2B sales process tailored for premium supplemental insurance products, requiring relationship‑building, cold calling, and client engagement. Upon mastering the framework, you may assume additional responsibilities, including training and mentorship of incoming team members.

Master and execute the B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, build a strong client base through relationship‑building and cold calling, engage clients, and, as opportunities arise, lead and mentor new team members.

Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check
  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed)
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
