• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to keep people and property safe
• Control access points and check surveillance equipment
• Enforce rules and respond calmly in emergencies
• Write clear reports and document incidents
• Provide professional, customer-first service to clients and visitors

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual a plus)
• Flexible schedule—including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to pass a basic fitness test—stand for long periods, climb stairs, walk multiple miles per shift
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a customer service mindset
• Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. if needed
