Rainbow Restoration of Idaho Falls is seeking a Restoration Content Specialist with proven experience to oversee, manage, and optimize all aspects of content restoration services. If you thrive on organization, leadership, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of content restoration projects, including pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
- Oversee content teams and ensure proper documentation and handling of all items.
- Communicate effectively with customers, adjustors, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize industry-standard software to track inventory and estimate content value.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Experience in content restoration management.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes and insurance claim protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with restoration software platforms.
- IICRC certification(s) preferred (e.g., WRT, Contents).
- Excellent Customer Service
- Detail Oriented
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
