• Manage all phases of content restoration projects, including pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
• Oversee content teams and ensure proper documentation and handling of all items.
• Communicate effectively with customers, adjustors, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Utilize industry-standard software to track inventory and estimate content value.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

• Experience in content restoration management.
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes and insurance claim protocols.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with restoration software platforms.
• IICRC certification(s) preferred (e.g., WRT, Contents).
• Excellent Customer Service
• Detail Oriented
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
