Position: Plumbing Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative

Advanta Serv is a growing service company specializing in residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. We’re known for our professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and solutions-driven Plumbing Comfort Advisor to join our sales team. This role focuses on working with homeowners and business owners to provide plumbing solutions, including water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, repipes, sewer replacements, and other plumbing services.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview

The Plumbing Comfort Advisor is responsible for evaluating customers’ plumbing needs, presenting solutions, preparing estimates, and closing sales for residential and light commercial plumbing services. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, consultative sales ability, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers in-home or on-site to assess plumbing needs.
  • Present plumbing solutions, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades (e.g., water heaters, water treatment systems, repipes, sewer line replacements, and more).
  • Prepare and deliver accurate job estimates using company pricing tools and software.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers by providing knowledgeable, honest, and transparent information.
  • Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure jobs are properly scoped and scheduled.
  • Follow up with customers on open proposals to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions within the company CRM system (Service Titan).
  • Stay knowledgeable on current plumbing products, services, promotions, and rebates.
  • Support customers through the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience required — home services or plumbing sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical plumbing solutions in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to climb into attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces for evaluations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
