Commercial HVAC Service Technician Wanted Responsibilities- Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Optimize ductwork systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Install, commission, and retrofit commercial HVAC systems.
- Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Utilize technical expertise in control systems for energy optimization.
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC/R service and maintenance is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various commercial systems.
- Relevant certifications (EPA Universal, NATE, etc.) are a plus.
