IDAHO FALLS, , Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Our large format area is a critical part of our business because of the types of products and services we can provide a customer. This position is an operator type role in the large format department where you will be producing a number of signs and banners for customers. The role will also be used to help with installations onsite at a customer location and be crossed trained in vehicle wraps if that is something the right candidate is willing to learn.

• Read and interpret work orders to determine the specifications and requirements for sign installation.
• Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring that they are clean and free from debris.
• Install and mount signs using a variety of tools and techniques, such as drilling, screwing, and gluing.
• Repair and maintain existing signs, including replacing broken or damaged parts and ensuring that they are clean and functional.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure that sign installation meets customer and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
• Record installation data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to installation sites.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sign installation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of sign installation techniques and safety protocols.

• Strongly preferred is previous sign and/or graphics installation experience
• Good communication skills

Onsite position

Hourly - $17-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours 8am-530 Monday through Friday
