The Rest Stop Job Coach is part-time (29 hours per week). Enjoy meaningful work assisting clients who have secured employment to maintain and develop their vocational skills to the levels needed to achieve their vocational goal. This will be accomplished by providing direct job coaching, support, and advocacy.
Responsibilities- Assist clients who have secured community employment to maintain and develop their vocational skills.
- Provide direct job coaching, support, and advocacy.
- Work Monday and Sunday as needed to meet client needs.
- Respond to requests for work within a 24‑hour notice.
- Do not exceed 29 hours per week.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Prefer two years of experience in a related field such as Vocational Rehabilitation, special education, teaching, or counseling.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Health and Welfare criminal background check.
- Pay starts at $13.50 per hour.
