Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Steer is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, processing orders efficiently, and achieving a 99% shipping accuracy rate.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to maintain accuracy while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.

Prepare outgoing shipments by securely packaging products and applying appropriate shipping labels.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.

Identify and resolve issues with incoming and outgoing orders.

Package a variety of products, including expensive and fragile items, with appropriate care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Meet shipping deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred.

Proficiency with computer-based shipping software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Ability to repeatedly handle, package, and move products.

Must remain focused during shipping and packaging operations. Personal conversations and music are not permitted during the initial training period; music may be permitted afterward based on demonstrated ability to maintain productivity and accuracy.
