Job OverviewBoyds J and C Construction is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from bidding through completion. This role requires a skilled leader who can balance project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. - Prepare competitive bids and detailed project plans.
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and cost goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, or similar) for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Provide clear communication, leadership, and mentorship across project teams.
- 4+ years of proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in civil and general contracting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various scopes of work.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.
- Compensation & Perks: $80,000-$100,000+ per year + Performance Bonus, Weekly Pay Cycle, Retirement Savings Program, Prevailing Wage Projects.

Primarily in Spokane, WA, surrounding areas, and Idaho. - Travel required; lodging and per diem (project specific) covered for out-of-town projects.
