Salary: $80,000 - $100,000+ per year ($38-$48/hour DOE) + Performance Bonus

Boyds J and C Construction is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from bidding through completion. This role requires a skilled leader who can balance project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. • Prepare competitive bids and detailed project plans.
• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and cost goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Utilize construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, or similar) for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Provide clear communication, leadership, and mentorship across project teams.

• 4+ years of proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in civil and general contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various scopes of work.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.

• Typical hours are during the day; project schedules may require flexibility depending on deadlines and travel needs.

  Dalton Gardens,
• Projects:
  Primarily in Spokane, WA, surrounding areas, and Idaho.
• Travel required; lodging and per diem (project specific) covered for out-of-town projects.
