Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
- Train and coach new hires to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and technology is an added advantage.
