About the OpportunityHappy Sapiens Dental is hiring a General Dentist to join our thriving private practice in Pinehurst, TX. This is a great opportunity for dentists seeking clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and strong mentorship in advanced procedures.
We welcome both experienced dentists and new graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience and grow their skills in a non‑corporate setting.
Monday to Thursday, Pinehurst, TX (77362)
Practice hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
You’ll initially work alongside another dentist before transitioning to solo days as need be. Schedules are customized based on your clinical comfort and interests.

Our office serves a wide variety of patients, including PPO, FFS, Medicaid, and Medicare (no DHMO).
We provide mentorship in:
- Implant placement
- Full‑mouth rehabilitation
- CBCT interpretation and planning
- Endodontics
- Surgical extractions and Wisdom teeth
- Dentures and prosthetics
Dentists enjoy full clinical autonomy with no production pressure or micromanagement.
Requirements- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Texas Dental license or eligibility to obtain
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (we do not offer sponsor ships)
- New graduates welcome and supported
