Associate Dentist, McCall Idaho

McCall Dental Care | McCall, Idaho

One Day Per Week to Start | Flexible Schedule | Opportunity to Grow

Maybe you've spent years building your career in Boise or the Treasure Valley. You love caring for patients, you take pride in your dentistry, and you're not necessarily looking to leave the profession—or even your current practice.

But lately, you've been thinking about what life could look like with a little less traffic, a little more breathing room, and a lot more time to enjoy the things that matter.

What if your next opportunity wasn't about doing more—but about living better?

At McCall Dental Care, we're looking for an Associate Dentist who appreciates exceptional patient care, meaningful relationships, and the possibility of building a future in one of Idaho's most beautiful mountain communities.

We're starting with one day per week, with flexibility in choosing the day that works best for you and the potential to expand as the practice grows.

No pressure to make a major life change overnight. Just an opportunity to explore something different.

Whether you're looking to add a day to your current schedule, gradually transition away from the pace of the Treasure Valley, or explore what practicing in McCall could look like long-term, this opportunity offers a place to start.

Here's what you can expect:

• One day per week to start, with flexibility in scheduling
• Daily guarantee OR 30% of production, whichever is greater
• Opportunity for additional days or a longer-term position as the practice grows
• Work alongside Dr. Ryan Speirs and an experienced, supportive dental team
• Established practice with an emphasis on comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Modern technology and a commitment to quality care
• The chance to build genuine relationships with patients and become part of the McCall community

Imagine finishing a rewarding day of dentistry knowing that Payette Lake, mountain trails, and some of Idaho's most beautiful scenery are right outside your door.

McCall offers something that’s becoming harder to find in a growing metropolitan area: a mountain-town atmosphere, access to year-round recreation, and opportunities to slow down and enjoy life outside of work.

From skiing and snowshoeing in the winter to hiking, boating, fishing, and mountain biking in the warmer months, McCall offers a lifestyle that’s easy to fall in love with.

And while we know a mountain lifestyle isn't for everyone, for the right person, it could be exactly what they've been looking for.

Led by Dr. Ryan Speirs, McCall Dental Care is an established comprehensive dental practice serving McCall and surrounding communities.

Our focus is on thorough diagnosis, personalized treatment planning, high-quality dentistry, and lasting patient relationships.

We provide general, restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, implant, and comprehensive dental services.

We're looking for a dentist who shares our commitment to quality and wants to contribute to a practice where patients are more than appointments on a schedule.

You may be exactly who we're looking for if you:

• Hold an active Idaho dental license
• Enjoy comprehensive general dentistry and building relationships with patients
• Value quality care, professionalism, and collaboration
• Appreciate a supportive team and a community-focused practice
• Are interested in starting one day per week, with openness to a growing opportunity
• Have been thinking about a change of pace, a new chapter, or simply making more room for life outside of dentistry

You don't have to be ready to relocate. You don't have to have everything figured out.

You just have to be curious about what your next chapter could look like.

You worked hard to build your career. Your next opportunity should support the life you want to live, too.

Come experience McCall Dental Care, meet our team, and see what practicing dentistry in the mountains could look like.
