• Lead design and implementation of premier estate landscapes from concept to completion

• Manage 6–7 concurrent large-scale design-build projects

• Act as construction project manager onsite—coordinating field crews, engineers, and specialists

• Collaborate with leadership to mentor junior talent and shape long-term vision

• Embrace our seasonal workflow:

  • April–October: Field oversight, implementation, and site management

  • December–March: Design development and planning from the studio

This role is designed as a succession opportunity—you’ll step into the shoes of a retiring senior leader, with the option to grow into equity and long-term leadership.

• 10+ years in high-end residential landscape architecture (design-build experience strongly preferred)

• Mastery of both conceptual design and onsite construction management

• Hands-on leadership—you’re at home in the field and comfortable wearing boots

• Strong organizational and coordination skills across trades and timelines

• Landscape Architecture license is a plus but not required (compensation reflects ability to stamp drawings)

• Experience running or owning a design-build firm is a strong asset

• Excellent communication—visual, verbal, and interpersonal

• A deep appreciation for outdoor living, ecological design, and rural beauty
