Jacobs Master of Science in Quantitative Finance (MSQF) is Wharton's newest graduate degree, an innovative program designed to prepare students for the rapidly evolving, data-driven world of modern finance. As the first new standalone degree at Wharton in over fifty years, the MSQF brings together rigorous academic training and industry engagement to position graduates for high-impact roles in quantitative finance.

The Associate Director will be the operational and student-facing cornerstone of this program, ensuring an exceptional student experience while coordinating across faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the identity and success of a new degree program from the ground up.

Job Description

The Associate Director is the driving force behind a meaningful and impactful student experience. In this highly visible role, you’ll bring together students, faculty, and industry leaders to create a vibrant, connected academic community. You’ll oversee the full life cycle of a premier graduate program, leading academic advising, program execution, student engagement, and faculty coordination, with the autonomy to shape processes, events, and experiences that truly make a difference.
