Lakeland Joint School District is accepting applications for a Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2025-26 school year at Athol Elementary School. The position is 6.5 hours a day, 5 days per week during the school year. The pay starts at $16.62 - $18.82 hourly DOE. The position offers a full benefits package including PERSI (Retirement), Medical, Dental, and Sick Leave.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will work in a small group or one-on-one setting with students. The individual will work under the general direction of the principal and/or classroom teacher.
QualificationsMinimum requirements include: a high school diploma/GED; an AA/AS degree, two years of college credit, passed the Idaho Paraprofessional Assessment, or passing the Praxis test; demonstrated experience working with school age children.
