Why This Role Matters:

As a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, you’ll be at the forefront of CMOS innovation, driving device and module development for future DRAM, HBM and emerging memory architectures. Your work will directly influence array efficiency, data rate breakthroughs, and product cadence—critical to enabling AI, high-performance computing, and next-gen applications.

What You’ll Do
  • Innovate:
    Develop state-of-the-art CMOS solutions compatible with advanced memory architectures.
  • Analyze & Optimize:
    Perform electrical characterization of CMOS devices and circuits to identify improvement paths.
  • Collaborate:
    Work across multi-disciplinary teams—Design, TCAD, Modeling, Process, Reliability, and Layout—to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead & Influence:
    Provide strategic insights to management and make impactful presentations that shape technology direction.
  • Advance Knowledge:
    Build deep understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on DRAM and HBM product performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:

Education:

PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with advanced CMOS experience; DRAM expertise is a plus.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in managing and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Hands‑on experience in device design and/or integration at leading foundries, specifically in most advanced CMOS technologies.
  • Semiconductor industry background in top‑tier logic foundries or DRAM companies.

Technical

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes, and characterization techniques.
  • Familiarity with high-performance logic technologies (5nm and beyond)
  • Familiarity with the latest research on advanced logic technology
  • Expertise in data analysis, device characterization, and process integration.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Outstanding ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence technical direction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for precise, impactful presentations.

Project Execution:

  • Demonstrated success in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technology development projects under aggressive timelines.
