As a Process Change Review Board Engineer, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of the conversion business flow. By effectively managing this process, you will develop robust risk management strategies for various changes, ensuring that all modifications are aligned with regulations and carefully monitored. The Change Management System is also a key component—implementing a well-designed system to coordinate each change significantly improves both the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Process Change Review Board Meetings.
  • Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for the Process Change Review Board.
  • Lead local and global projects aimed at refining the Process Change Review Board business process.
  • Serve as the application owner, providing training, feedback, and solutions for resolving issues within the team.
  • Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.
  • Foster a culture of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization.
  • Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with Process Change Review Board in HVM environment
  • Semiconductor industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of semiconductor experience
  • Prior experience with Micron strongly preferred
  • Experience with basic automation (excel, tableau, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or python)
