Senior CMP Equipment Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Senior CMP Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior CMP Process Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting process development and optimization teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $150,000 DOE

• Start up, develop, and optimize CMP processes to enhance product quality and yield.
• Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve production issues.
• Drive process improvements through statistical process control (SPC) analysis.
• Implement cost reduction strategies and improve manufacturing productivity.
• Resolve manufacturing line problems and support process troubleshooting efforts.

• At least 2 years of industry experience as a Process Owner within CMP or related semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience; AAS with 5+ years of industry experience is also acceptable.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training, including potential training in Taiwan.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in data science and programming preferred.
