ResponsibilitiesResponsible for defining deficiencies and areas for enhancement, prioritizing improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies, formulating programs or projects, and implementing these plans within Facilities Operations and Maintenance. Conduct theoretical and tactical analysis of Operations and Maintenance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and develop programs or projects for the leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate and organizational strategies. Deploy these programs or projects globally across Facilities sites to enhance worker safety and system reliability by developing Best-Known-Methods processes and applications.
Perform audits to verify compliance across all Facilities sites. Foster continuous improvement through the dissemination of lessons learned and the adoption of emerging technologies within the semiconductor industry.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Additionally, 2 years of experience in a Program or Project Manager-related occupation is required.
