Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹2 LPA - ₹3 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate (Accounting/Finance Preferred)

Experience

Required:

3-5 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Accounting & Financial Management
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
  .
• Manage banking operations
  , including payments and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments and clearances.

• Oversee PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
  .
• Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS accounting standards
  .
• Support internal & external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  .
• Analyze financial data for budget planning & forecasting
  .
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Manage employee reimbursements for travel, meals, and work-related expenses.
• Implement internal control policies to enhance financial efficiency.
• Offer strategic insights for financial performance improvement
  .

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in financial accounting & reporting
.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial software
.

Communication

Skills:

Excellent verbal & written skills in English.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Skills:

Ability to analyze complex financial data & provide actionable insights.

Detail-Oriented & Accuracy-Focused: Strong attention to detail & ability to meet tight deadlines.
