Registered Nurse (RN) – Obstetrics (LDRP)

Location: Salmon, Idaho
Shift: Day and Night
Salary: Competitive, based on experience $33.69 to $50.97/Hr.

P3SG’s client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Obstetrics RN to provide exceptional care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum. This role includes monitoring maternal and fetal health, assisting in the birthing process, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for families. When the OB unit is not active, you’ll support the Med/Surg unit, ensuring continuity of care across departments.

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current Idaho RN license or compact state equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of obstetric nursing experience
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (required upon hire);
  PALS within one year

• Provide comprehensive care to obstetric patients, including laboring mothers, postpartum recovery and newborns
• Assist with labor and delivery, including fetal monitoring and medication administration
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding and newborn health
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to emergencies and maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols
