Director of Rehabilitation – Discovery Rehab

Flagship Therapy is seeking an innovative OT, PT, or SLP to lead our in-house therapy team. The Director of Rehabilitation will create and implement new rehabilitation programs for our patients and manage the daily operations of a busy in-house therapy department.

• Lead the therapy team and coordinate with inter‑departmental staff.
• Develop and advance facility rehabilitation programs.
• Manage admissions, distribute caseloads, and oversee case management for Medicare A rehabilitation cases under the PDPM system.
• Recruit, orient, train, and maintain competency of rehab staff.
• Analyze department metrics, including accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, documentation, reimbursement, and survey requirements.
• Maintain relationships with hospital therapists, physicians, and community partners.
• Provide direct patient treatment as needed.

• Licensed Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist
• At least 3 years of therapeutic experience
• Supervisory or administrative experience in long‑term care rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage multiple payors
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
