• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care for an assigned patient population.
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures.
• Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promote patient’s independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families to understand the condition, medications, and self‑care skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of all hospital and patient information at all times, following HIPAA regulations and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Work a regular and predictable attendance schedule.

• Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program required.
• State of Idaho Registered Nurse or licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure or current RN licensure from a state participating in the multistate privilege to practice compact with Idaho prior to start date.
• BLS certification required.
• Availability for PRN shifts.
