Join our dedicated team at McCall Rehabilitation and Care Center as an LPN on a 12-hour Day shift. This contract assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional skilled nursing care in a supportive environment. Starting January 1st, the position is a 13-week contract with the potential for additional opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ health status, document progress, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring the comfort and safety of residents at all times.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and facility policies to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Idaho.
• Proven experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
