, a leading provider of medical imaging services across Australia and New Zealand. Our Mackay team delivers high‑quality diagnostic imaging to the local community, offering a full range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X‑Ray, Dental Imaging and more.

As a Part Time Medical Receptionist, you’ll be a key point of contact for patients and referring practitioners. This position offers 22.5 hours per week across Wednesday to Friday (no weekends).

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Managing patient bookings and preparing documentation
• Providing information on procedures, costs, and preparation requirements
• Processing payments and performing end‑of‑day billing
• Supporting the team in a busy, fast‑paced environment

• Experience in customer service or admin (medical experience is a bonus but not essential)
• Great communication skills and a caring attitude toward patients
