What You Can Expect- System-Wide Leadership: Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) and department meetings while supporting ANMs/Supervisors with staffing, competencies, patient safety, and quality initiatives across multiple departments.
- Quality & Experience Accountability: Hold ultimate responsibility for leader rounding, Press Ganey scores, quality metrics, employee satisfaction activities, and pulse poll results.
- Operational Oversight: Provide oversight for Med/Surg, OB, Inpatient Therapy, Discharge Planning/Case Management, and Laboratory Services to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
- Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
Lead and oversee the Interdisciplinary Council while promoting collaboration and alignment across clinical and support services. - Flexible Leadership
Schedule:
Work a primarily daytime schedule (5/8s or 4/10s) with alternating call and occasional rounding on nights, evenings, and weekends. - Brand-New Facility Environment: Practice in a modern, fully equipped facility where innovation, patient care excellence, and employee satisfaction are top priorities.
- Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 years’ relevant experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
