Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time
Location: Homedale, – Owyhee Health & Rehabilitation Center
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Flexible with work‑life balance.
Owyhee Health & Rehabilitation Center is a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We provide a stable, in‑house therapy team and excellent programs for our geriatric clientele.

Responsibilities- Apply evidence‑based practices to support clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
- Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use under supervision.
- Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license required.
